Two of the biggest and most historic names in European football do battle on Wednesday night at the Stadio San Siro as AC Milan host city rivals Inter in the Champions League semi-finals.
There is no getting away from the fact that neither of these two sides expected to reach this stage of the Champions League this season, and whoever wins the tie will be the underdog in a final against either Real Madrid or Manchester City.
Regardless of that, though, it will be an incredible occasion in the city of Milan and the atmosphere is going to be unlike anything the stadium has seen since 2003, when this last happened.
AC Milan vs Inter: Predicted line-ups
The major team news for this one is that Rafael Leao is unlikely to start the game for AC Milan. He picked up an abductor injury against Lazio on Saturday and he was seen training separately from the squad. The only certain absentees for Milan are Tommaso Pobega and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Things are looking much better for Inter when it comes to fitness. Robin Gosens and Danilo D'Ambrosio are both expected to return to the team although that will likely be on the bench rather than in the starting XI.
AC Milan predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Tomori, Kjaer, Theo Hernandez; Tonali, Krunic; Diaz, Bennacer, Saelemaekers; Giroud
Inter predicted XI (3-5-2): Onana; Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Martinez, Lukaku
