'It's not my fault you expected us to win 6-0!' - Pep Guardiola reacts angrily to a  question following Manchester City's Champions League tie with Real Madrid.

In the first leg of the Champions League semi-final between Manchester City and Real Madrid, both teams battled to a 1-1 draw. However, after the match, a reporter claimed that everyone thought City would "destroy" Real Madrid. Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, quickly rebuffed this claim, asking the reporter who he meant by "everyone" and pointing out the many Champions League titles that Real Madrid has won.

The match was closely contested, with both teams putting in impressive performances. Real Madrid took the lead thanks to a stunning goal from Vinicius Junior, but Manchester City fought back and equalized through a fantastic strike from Kevin De Bruyne. Despite City's dominance in possession and chances created, they were unable to find a winning goal.

Looking ahead to the second leg, both teams will be hoping to secure a place in the final. Real Madrid are a team with a rich history in the Champions League, having won the competition 14 times, while Manchester City are still searching for their first European crown. However, Guardiola and his team will be confident of their chances, having dominated the Premier League this season and reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League for the first time since 2016.

One of the key factors in the second leg will be the absence of Sergio Ramos, Real Madrid's influential captain and centre-back. Ramos was sent off in the dying minutes of the first leg and will be suspended for the second leg. His absence could be a big blow for Real Madrid, who will need to find a way to stop Manchester City's attacking firepower.

For Manchester City, the second leg represents a chance to make history and reach their first-ever Champions League final. Guardiola will be hoping that his team can replicate their impressive form in the Premier League and dominate Real Madrid once again. With the likes of De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling, and Riyad Mahrez in their ranks, Manchester City certainly have the attacking quality to trouble any team in Europe.

Overall, the first leg of the Champions League semi-final between Manchester City and Real Madrid was a closely contested affair, with both teams showing their quality. However, with the second leg just around the corner, the focus will now be on who can secure their place in the final and take one step closer to lifting the coveted Champions League trophy.
