Liverpool are open to submitting an offer for Manuel Ugarte, according to reports.

Despite their recent winning streak, Liverpool have had a tumultuous season with poor form and a number of injury problems.

The likes of Moises Caicedo, Alexis Mac Allister, Nicolo Barella, Conor Gallagher and Mason Mount will all be interested by the Red Devils this summer.
