Muric, Porro and Fernandinho all left Man City last year
Manchester City are still in control of their pursuit of the treble this season under Pep Guardiola.
City's 1-1 draw with Real Madrid proved a useful result as they try to end their pursuit of the Champions League trophy this season. They are also in control of the Premier League title race, one point ahead of Arsenal with one game less.
With the FA Cup final against Manchester United coming up, it could be a historic season for City. After a busy summer transfer window, their market decisions paid off.
Guardiola has made some bold moves, agreeing to sell the team's key players who have contributed to title wins. Most of these decisions were justified by these players leaving the Etihad Stadium.
Here are the performances of all the players City have released this summer at their new clubs.
Rahim Sterling
So far, City's decision to take advantage of the England international has been proven. Sterling has had a difficult season for Chelsea.
The winger has struggled with injuries and when playing, his form is inconsistent. Sterling has only played 25 Premier League games, scoring four goals.
Gabriel Jesus
The Brazilian forward has made the most of his move to north London and has proven a wise signing for Arsenal. No 9 has scored 10 goals in 23 Premier League appearances after missing part of the season with a knee injury at the World Cup. While City have enjoyed much success under Erling Haaland, Jesus' form at Arsenal has raised questions about strengthening opponents. Now that Pep Guardiola's men have taken control of the title race, those talks are over.
Oleksandr Zinchenko
Like Jesus, Zinchenko has thrived since moving to Emirates in the summer. He turned out to be the perfect man to play as a full-back for Mikel Arteta.
The Ukrainian left-back has played regularly, starting 27 times in the league. When Zinchenko was absent for the game against Arsenal, his presence was greatly missed.
Fernandinho
The former Man City captain returned to Brazil when his contract expired to join Athletico Paranaense. Their national tournament runs from May to December.
The Brazilian made 15 appearances last season and started all four at the start of this season. Athletico started the season with two wins and two losses, leaving them 10th in the standings. Pedro Porro
The young defender has returned to the Premier League. After being sold by Man City to Sporting Lisbon, it took only 6 months for Tottenham Hotspur to get the Spain international.
Spurs will pay a fee of 45 million euros this summer as part of a loan deal to buy in January. Porro has started 12 Premier League matches since Tet, scoring and assisting twice.
Koh Itakura
The Japanese centre-back joined Borrusia Mönchengladbach on a permanent deal this summer and has proven to be a wise signing for the Bundesliga side. Itakura has made 21 Bundesliga appearances this season and has three caps for Japan at the World Cup.
Arjinet Muric
The Burnley goalkeeper will return to the Premier League next season after being promoted with the Clarets. Vincent Kompany's side broke the 100-point mark by claiming an immediate return to the top flight.
Muric was the number one goalkeeper throughout the campaign with an adventurous and adventurous style that perfectly suited Kompany's possession-oriented side. Muric kept 19 clean sheets
