The fifth Premier League title in six years is expected to be worth around £164m, the same figure they achieved last season.

SunSport revealed last month that the first Champions League trophy will bring the Etihad Stadium team £117.2 million.

Guardiola's side are highly rated to reach the final next month after a 1-1 draw in Tuesday's semi-final first leg against Real Madrid. And if City beat neighbors Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley on June 3, they will have to pay £3.9m, bringing the total to £285.1m.

City have four league games left, starting with Everton on Sunday, and need nine more points to officially claim the title.

Then, Guardiola and his treble hunters will turn their attention back to Europe's biggest prize in the second leg against Real on Wednesday.

Kevin De Bruyne's superb second-half equalizer at the Bernabeu gave City a golden opportunity to progress to the final in Istanbul.

Lifting the elusive first European trophy will secure them a place in the new Fifa Club World Cup in 2025 - a tournament worth around £50m.

City's earnings in this season's group stage, including coefficients and initial prices, show they raked in £69.6m.

As Premier League champions, Guardiola's men also accounted for 40% of the initial £28.8m investment fund.

Victory in the round of 16 and quarter-finals brought the Abu Dhabi-owned club an extra £20.37m.

And reaching the final, Man City will collect £9.6m from the other half of the market - as they have played 13 of the 39 matches involving English teams. Winning the European Cup in Istanbul next month would mean an extra £17.63m, bringing their total potential earnings to £117.2m.

Man City defender Manuel Akanji said:

“We worked all season to get to this position.

"We take things as they are - for now, thinking about the next move and getting ready for it."
