Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has asked Harry Kane to terminate his contract before leaving Tottenham on a free basis and thinks the club has "failed" in recent seasons.
The 29-year-old striker will have just one year left on his contract this summer and has been linked with Manchester United and Bayern Munich - but Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is still demanding a fee in excess of Ł100m.

Speaking on beIN SPORTS on Wednesday night, the Arsenal legend said:

Referencing Kane's interview, Wenger continued:
