Dani Alves judge's devastating order: Curious that they don't speak to each other again
His time behind bars is lasting longer than he may have expected

Dani Alves has received a judicial setback after the judge in charge of his case has rejected, once again, the request for his release.
The Cuatro programme Codigo 10 has had access to the contents of the magistrate's order in which she explains some of the reasons why she has not granted the Brazilian footballer's release.
Alves' attitude towards the alleged victim in the club
The arguments of Dani Alves' defence do not seem to have convinced the judge, who continues to see signs of a crime.
One of the details that the magistrate focuses on is the footballer's attitude towards the alleged victim, a 23-year-old girl.
"It is curious that if everything went as well as Mr Alves says it did, after leaving the bathroom they never spoke or looked at each other again," she said.Furthermore, the judge indicated that the attitude prior to entering the bathroom of the discotheque does not imply anything at all.
"Being with him chatting and normal, having a drink, none of that has anything to do with what happened inside the toilet, where there is no recording and the victim states that she was raped and forced to have sex with Mr. Alves," the judge continued.
Dani Alves' flight risk
The economic capacity of the player and his residence in Brazil, a country that does not have an extradition agreement with Spain, are two elements that work against him when it comes to requesting his freedom.
The judge once again makes it clear that there is a risk of absconding. In any case, Alves is trying to change the judge's perspective regarding his family roots, as his ex-wife, Dinora Santana, and his children have moved to Barcelona.
"Simply by going to Brazil he would put himself beyond the reach of Spanish Justice, as there is no extradition of his nationals by Brazil, he is a person with great economic capacity and without any roots in our country having requested a divorce", the judge has asserted, according to the order revealed by Cuatro. The changes in Dani Alves' version of events
The Brazilian footballer's discourse has been altering as more details and evidence of what happened in the club became known.
"He has made several statements and in each of them he has given a different version of events. When seminal fluid was found inside the victim's vagina, there was no choice but to give a new version and admit that they had sex," explains the judge's order.
Alves, for his part, has always maintained that this change of discourse is due to the fact that at first he tried to hide his infidelity towards his wife, the model and businesswoman Joana Sanz.
In this sense, the Tenerife native has begun divorce proceedings, although she maintains a cordial relationship with him. We have even seen her visit him in prison and congratulate him on his birthday.
