Dortmund focused on its own game before the Gladbach test - coach Terzic
Borussia Dortmund will look to build on last week's 6-0 demolition of VfL Wolfsburg in Saturday's match against Borussia Moenchengladbach as they fight for their first Bundesliga win in 11 years, the club said.
Dortmund are sitting in second place, one point behind leaders Bayern Munich with three games left in the season. Bayern will face Dortmund's bitter rivals Ruhr Schalke 04 on Saturday.
"We only look at ourselves. We made our way into the wateragainst Wolfsburg and we tried to take it this week," Terzic said at a press conference.
"We had a tough training yesterday. We will rest today and start again tomorrow. Then it's about showing what we can do."
\"For us, there is one goal, and we are happy that this is a toughrace, the toughest of the year, and that it is not over yet.''
Although Dortmund are the strongest team at home, having scored 18 goals in their last four home league games, they have struggled for consistency. Terzicwill be without Jamie Bynoe-Gittens for the rest of the season after the striker injuredhis shoulder and required surgery.
\"Last week he fell on the shoulder. He was operated on yesterday. It's going to be out for weeks and months to come,"Terzic said. With Dortmund fighting for their first Bundesliga title since 2012 and expecting Bayern to win their remaining games, Gladbach have nothing left to defend, sitting in 10th place.
When asked if it could affect the game of his opponents,Terzic replied: "I don't like it at all because there are still many things we need."
"Everyone wearing a Gladbach shirt will want to win the game. We know we need to work hard to win."
Regarding any help from their Ruhr rivals in Munich on Saturday, Terzic said it was irrelevant to his plan.
"It's something I can't influence," Terzic said. "Wehave to win our remaining three games before we think aboutanything else if we get help from them (Bayern's remaining opponents) I don't care if it'sSchalke, Leipzig or Cologne."
