Erik ten Hag is on the market as a rookie in midfield this summer, with the likes of Scott McTominay and Fred rumored to be leaving Old Trafford.
While Marcel Sabitzer will return to Bayern Munich at the end of the season unless United sign him permanently.

Ten Hag will hope his play is a more appealing proposition for Kovacic this time around, but must contend with an offer to reunite with former Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel.
