Paul Pogba delivered a sensational cameo as he helped Juventus salvage a draw against Sevilla in the Europa League.

Pogba, who has been plagued with injuries this season, made a 20-minute cameo versus Sevilla in their semi-final first leg tie on Thursday.

His side were trailing at the time of his substitution in the 70th minute, but he turned the game on its head after he entered the fray.

The 30-year-old showed off his vision as he sprayed passes from the middle of the park with both feet.

He also produced two incredible pieces of skill after coming on. He dribbled the ball on his head and stunned fans with an outrageous flick-pass.

Pogba capped off his outing with a crucial assist deep into stoppage time as he superbly kept the ball in as he headed it back towards goal, with Federico Gatti heading home to make it 1-1.

Needless to say, his outing for Juve sent social media wild as fans wanted him in the starting XI.

One Twitter user wrote: "Has to start from the 1st minute for the remainder of the season."

A second tweeted: "Pogba is still good at football, and Manchester United sold him."

A third added, "Pogba is the game changer. Y’all really doubted his quality."

A fourth said, "Pogba brings me a happiness I’ll never understand; we will never see a football player like him again."

Manchester United fan commented, "Half-fit Pogba can still do stuff nobody in our midfield can."

The Frenchman has played just nine games in all competitions since his free transfer from Manchester United last summer.

A series of injuries have prevented him from getting minutes on the pitch, but his cameo against Sevilla shows he hasn't lost a step.

Pogba could still be an important player for Juventus this season as they look to win the Europa League.

Xavi Hernandez outlines Lionel Messi and one other target as priorities for the Barcelona transfer window.

Barcelona are working out how to spend and then who to spend on this summer, but manager Xavi Hernandez is clear on who he wants to come through the door at the Ciutat Esportiva this summer.

Economic Vice President Eduard Romeu stated that they hope to have their viability plan approved by La Liga on the 19th of May, which, provided they accomplish the targets set out in that plan, will allow them to sign players this summer.

Lionel Messi has already been mentioned by various members of the institution as a target for this summer, and MD says that he is one of two priorities marked out by Xavi.

With the departure of Sergio Busquets this summer, his other key recruit is Martin Zubimendi of Real Sociedad. He sees the Basque midfielder as the ideal replacement for Busquets and has rejected other targets.

However, signing Zubimendi does look like a major stretch for Barcelona. He recently signed a new long-term deal with La Real and is close to being able to play Champions League football with them next season. The biggest stumbling block is thought to be the fact that his release clause is €60 million, a major investment for a Barcelona struggling financially, but they would also need to convince him. Zubimendi himself has stated that he has no intention of leaving the club.
