Former Democratic National Congress
presidential candidate, Ernest Kwaku Kobeah, has called on the party's executive committee to continue organizing the presidential and legislative elections scheduled forSaturday, May 13, 2023. .

Kwaku Kobeah, who contested the presidential candidacy of the party and gave his support to John Dramani Mahama after he filed his presidential nomination, said the party has done a lot to get here, and with the money already allocated, it will be necessary to cancel the election that has not been held. He went on to say that former finance minister and rival Dr Kwabena Duffuor and former Kumasi mayor Kojo Bonsu are taking the case seriously asthey know that their victory in this competition.

“This
party cannot waste money in this way; Looking at the many opinions that have been made, the cancellation of the election will be another financial setback for the party and will affect the party in the future in the 2024 general election, but I agree with Dr Kwabena Duffuor and Kojo Bonsu are doing this in bad terms,” he said. A water expert, Kwaku Kobeah, reprimanded Dr Duffuor for causing financial loss to the party.

He said he and his team were handed over the list almost a week ago, adding that Ghanaians do not need anyone else like John Dramani Mahama whose music is undisputed.
