Members of Mahama'scampaign in the Greater Accra region thanked the delegates 




John Mahama's campaign teamin the Greater Accra regionexpressed their gratitude to thedelegates from the region for voting so much for their candidate.

In a statement, the chairman of the party said the good resultsof the results showed that "theshoes of the Greater Accra Regional NDC winner are like iron and bronze". 

Mr. Mahama also received the votes of NDC delegates to lead the party in the 2024 presidential election. Theresults approved by the Electoral Commission (EC) show that Mr Mahama got a whopping 297,603 votes representing 98.9% of the total valid votes cast at the end of the NDC primaries on Saturday.


His closest competitor, former Kumasi mayor Kojo Bonsu, scored 3,181 votesrepresenting 1.1%. Fullstatement below:

This time, under the leadership of President Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore of the Greater Accra Regional NDC who also serves as the campaign manager for John Mahama in the Greater Accra Region, there has been a vote for John Mahama by 88.7 % to 99.54. % Excellent!! 


On top of all this, out of the 16 regions, the Greater Accra Regional NDC takes first placeand gets the highest percentage for John Mahama to be the flag bearer of the NDC. Top quality!
