Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has broken the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon
Nigerian Jollof Queen Hilda Baci broke the Guinness World Record for the longest snack on Monday morning.
Chef Lata Tondon set the record of 87 hours and 45 minutes in India in 2019; The Nigerian chef broke the record at 7:46 am on Monday, May 15, 2023, in 87 hours and 46 minutes. The chef, who is aiming to run a 93-hourcooking marathon, has spent at least 87 hours demonstrating his culinary skills using a variety of local and international cuisines. the world put Nigeria on the global food map.
