Which stars are among the Premier League's top 10 earners this season?

Erling Haaland, the Manchester City star, tops the list of the Premier League's highest earners this season, surpassing the wages earned by his teammate Kevin De Bruyne and Liverpool's Mo Salah. Haaland, who joined Man City from Borussia Dortmund last summer for £51 million, has had an outstanding debut season at the club. While his basic salary was similar to City's other top earners, his weekly wage surpasses £850,000 due to substantial and almost guaranteed bonuses.

The 22-year-old Norwegian has made a significant impact in the Premier League, winning the Football Writers' Association's Footballer of the Year award. He shattered the record for most goals in a Premier League season by scoring his 35th goal against West Ham, surpassing the previous record held by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer. Haaland, with 52 goals in 48 matches this season, aims to help City secure a treble, as they close in on another Premier League title, compete in the Champions League semi-finals against Real Madrid, and face Manchester United in the FA Cup final.

Following Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne earns £385,000 per week, playing a vital role for Pep Guardiola's side. The Belgian midfielder has scored 10 goals and provided 27 assists this season, surpassing 350 appearances for City. Mo Salah, Liverpool's talisman, also earns £385,000 per week, having signed a new deal last July that will keep him at Anfield until 2025. Salah has been crucial to Liverpool's late charge for a Champions League spot, contributing 19 goals and 10 assists this season.

Casemiro, the Brazilian midfielder who moved to Manchester United from Real Madrid for £60 million last summer, earns £375,000 per week. Despite being banned for seven domestic games due to two straight red cards, Casemiro has played 49 matches for United in all competitions and scored the opening goal in their Carabao Cup final win over Newcastle. Another Manchester United player, David de Gea, also earns £375,000 per week. The goalkeeper, who has kept 16 Premier League clean sheets this season, is expected to agree on a new contract with a reduced wage to remain at Old Trafford.

Other players on the list include Raheem Sterling (£350,000 per week) who moved to Chelsea from Manchester City, Romelu Lukaku (£325,000 per week) who is currently on loan at Inter Milan from Chelsea, Virgil van Dijk (£300,000 per week) from Liverpool, Jack Grealish (£300,000 per week) who joined Manchester City from Aston Villa, and Harry Kane (£300,000 per week) from Tottenham.

Despite the approximate nature of the figures provided, these players represent the highest earners in the Premier League this season. They have made significant contributions to their respective clubs and are key figures in their pursuit of domestic and European success
