Subject: Urgent Appeal for Immediate Intervention in Bawku Township

As the paramount chief and custodian of our traditions, I write on behalf of my people, seeking your urgent support and protection.
Your Excellency, we implore you to provide increased security measures to Bawku Township without delay. The deployment of additional security personnel, checkpoints, and intensified patrols would help restore peace and stability to our community. By bolstering security forces in the area, you would ensure the safety of all residents and quell the violence that threatens our very existence.
Furthermore, we respectfully request your intervention in fostering meaningful dialogue and reconciliation among the various communities in Bawku Township. We acknowledge the importance of peaceful coexistence and recognize the need to address the root causes of the conflicts. We appeal for your leadership in convening meetings that bring together community leaders, local officials, and representatives from all affected groups, in order to promote understanding, harmony, and lasting peace.
Additionally, we urgently seek your assistance in providing humanitarian aid to those who have been adversely affected by the recent unrest. Many families have been displaced, and countless individuals have suffered immense losses. We implore you to extend your support through the provision of essential relief supplies, including food, shelter, medical care, and other necessary resources. Your compassionate intervention would bring hope and alleviate the suffering of the affected population.
As the leader of the Kusasi community, I stand before you, Your Excellency, representing the voices and aspirations of my people. We firmly believe in the power of your office to effect positive change and restore tranquility to Bawku Township.
