Spurs (Tottenham Hotspur)

Despite not winning as many games as other clubs, they have always been formidable opponents in the League. The Spurs have never won a title, despite multiple close calls.

Arsenal is the Premier League's oldest club, having been a member since the 1919-20 season. They have constantly been a top team, and they are the only team to win the League while going unbeaten in the regular season. Arsenal has a lengthy and illustrious Premier League history, with notable players such as Thierry Henry, Robert Pires, and Patrick Vieira. Despite being in a rebuilding phase, Arsenal's long-term prospects are bright.
