Liam Kelly, the goalkeeper for Motherwell, hopes to carry both energy and knowledge into the upcoming campaign.

Kelly believes their bad play from the second half of last season carried over into this season, and he wants to make sure they continue the kind of play that has seen them accumulate 23 points in three months heading into next term.
Seventh is the best we can do, so we want to hold onto that position so we can keep getting better and, maybe, it will help us for next season as well.If we can finish this season in good form, hopefully it will help us at the beginning of next season. You can never predict what will happen, but the form from the conclusion of last season, we maybe brought that into the start of this season. In any case, that is the plan.
The Well captain acknowledges that it has felt like a long season, especially in light of the departures of Graham Alexander and Steven Hammell as managers.
