Gabriel Martinelli could have the same 'problem' as Jack Grealish if Arsenal sign Joao Cancelo this summer.
Cancelo is set to return to Manchester City at the end of the season after a disappointing loan spell at Bayern Munich, failing to impress Thomas Tuchel.
It remains to be seen whether Pep Guardiola has any plans left for the 28-year-old at the Etihad, with Kyle Walker, Nathan Ake, Manuel Akanji and Rico Lewis currently leading him in order.
As a result, Mikel Arteta has been alerted to the situation and could make a move for the Portugal international, according to multiple reports.

The Gunners boss is said to be keen on adding a full-back at the end of the season after suffering a serious injury crisis at the back this season. However, recent comments from the Guardian's Jonathan Wilson should serve as a warning to Arteta.
Martinelli may suffer Grealish 'problem'

After a slow start at Manchester City, Grealish has rediscovered his form in a blue shirt, setting an example of what Guardiola expects from his players in attack and defence.
Meanwhile, Wilson believes his resurgence can be attributed to Cancelo's departure in January, believing the defender held him back as they split on the left flank.
“I think having a player inside is not the way he used to play at Villa, when he always had full-backs.

"He looks happier without [Cancelo] there, and having [John] Stones in midfield means the two City full-backs can play quite deep."
Meanwhile, Martinelli has had a fantastic season in north London and is his side's top scorer in the Premier League alongside Martin Odegaard with 15 goals. The Brazilian has greatly benefited from the addition of Oleksandr Zinchenko, who has given him the freedom to take on scoring positions in and around the box.
However, Cancelo's unconventional style can greatly affect Martinelli, because Grealish has suffered injuries in the past.

But while Arteta will be eager not to tip the boat to his left side, Cancelo's current situation could be the perfect opportunity to pounce.
The Gunners boss hit Manchester City against Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus last summer, both of whom proved hugely successful at the Emirates - prompting the Spaniard to try his luck third time.
