Arteta commented, "It is very strong but needs a lot of care." Every single day, we must take care of the roots to prevent them from becoming poisoned, injured, or out of condition.
At the team's training facility in London Colney, the Spanish manager also planted a 150-year-old tree outside of his office. Arteta has repeatedly stressed the value of development and the ongoing improvement process his squad must go through.
The majority of the All or Nothing Amazon Prime documentary from last season, which followed Arsenal's development throughout the season, was devoted to Arteta's different leadership techniques, many of which are seen as being very unconventional.

There are things the club can do to foster relationships and demonstrate affection, and Arteta stated, "I found this dog was the perfect representative of who we are now."
