The Brazilian was recently made fun of by Callum Wilson and Michail Antonio on the podcast The Footballer's Football.
Richarlison has been tasked by Ryan Mason, the interim head coach of Tottenham, to end the season strong and give fans a preview of what may be in store for them next year.
The £60 million move from Everton in July has been difficult for the Brazil international, who has only managed three goals in 33 games.
Even when Richarlison scored his first goal for Tottenham in the Premier League at Anfield last month, his celebrations were cut short when Diogo Jota scored a stoppage-time winner. Richarlison himself referred to his season as "s***" in March.
On The Footballer's Football podcast, Newcastle striker Callum Wilson and West Ham forward Michail Antonio made fun of Richarlison because in the past, he had taken off his shirt only to be stopped by the offside flag.
Interim manager Mason expressed his displeasure with Antonio and Wilson's actions while encouraging his players to perform well ahead of Saturday's last home game of the season against Brentford.
Mason, a former midfielder for Hull and Tottenham, stated, "I wouldn't do that as a coach and I haven't done it as a player either.
"I truly don't enjoy that kind of thing. All of us are experts who are giving it our best effort.
"We devote our entire lives to reaching this level and competing at this level, so personally, I don't really like that type of thing.
"Richy, I don't believe he is considering other players. I believe that will likely be driven primarily by his own pride and tenacity.
"Perhaps he's seen it or heard about it? Maybe. He might be a little bit more motivated as a result, perhaps. I'm not certain.
He is a fighter that puts forth a lot of effort, trains hard, and I have never seen him shirk responsibility.
