Manchester City fans have been excited about the prospect of being European champions next season, but they've missed out on a huge detail when it comes to their kits.
City have treated Real Madrid in a way no other team has been in the Champions League for a long time as they thrashed them brilliantly in the semi-final second leg on Wednesday night.
Even before the match, the team that makes it through the qualifiers will be strong contenders in the final against Inter Milan next month.
The nature of the win over Real only reinforced that mindset and made fans want to see their team crowned Europe's best league for the first time.

Fans will certainly pay a lot of dollars to go to Istanbul to watch the match against Simone Inzaghi's team in a few weeks. Even before the end of the current campaign, fans are thinking about what will happen when the next season begins in August.
That's because the club have released next season's home kit and fans are pondering what that kit will look like after any success in Europe.

However, rival fans have pointed out that the kit will not look like this no matter what happens in Turkey on June 10, unfortunately for City.
That's because the UEFA Badge of Honor, which City supporters hope to win, isn't just awarded for winning a one-time European title.
It was introduced at the start of the 2000/01 season and clubs had to win the European Championship five times or three times in a row. Advertisement
This means that only Sevilla, thanks to their Europa League success, Barcelona, ???Liverpool, Ajax, Bayern Munich, AC Milan and Real Madrid, has earned the right to wear it so far.

City fans won't care if their kits can get their badges next season if they win the Treble, ultimately lifting the only trophy they didn't.
However, they will have to overcome a 10-year miracle to reach the Champions League final, to defeat the Italian opponent.

Since 2013, a Croatian has featured in every team win and Inter have Marcelo Brozovic while Man City have none in their squad.
