Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Edouard Mendy from London and Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
The Sun reports that Tottenham Hotspur scouts have been keeping a close eye on Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy "for a while".
Reports suggest that Tottenham want Mendy to replace their number one goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
According to the report, Mendy "rejected a six-year contract and disagreed on terms with new Blues chairman Todd Boehly".

However, Lloris is past her prime and is no longer young.
Mendy, who earns £55,000 a week (Spotrac), hasn't always played regularly for Chelsea but is currently at his peak at the age of 31.
The Senegal player has a lot of experience playing in the Premier League. However, there are two factors that can affect transferability.
Mendy may not want to join a Tottenham team that may not even play in the UEFA Europa League next season.
And the goalkeeper will be well aware of the rivalry that exists between Chelsea and Tottenham.
