Arsenal may have enhanced their reputation this season by competing with Manchester City, but that has not helped the club's hopeful transfer vision.

Most people wouldn't have predicted Arsenal would finish in the top four this season, let alone become the only team to lead the title race on the penultimate weekend of the campaign.

Mikel Arteta hopes signing the dog Win can help lift spirits after the title race is over and their eventual defeat.

With the title race almost over after last weekend's loss to Brighton, thoughts have begun to turn to what lies ahead.

Much of the discussion revolves around whether the Gunners can improve this season and whether they can hold off the group chasing behind. It is expected that Newcastle United, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea can all improve next season to compete for the top 4 spot.

Arteta will certainly add to his squad, but one player he will not sign is striker Ghent Gift Orban, who has attracted interest from Chelsea and United.

The 20-year-old is in excellent scoring form in Belgium this season, but he will not be moving to north London due to his training at the Emirates.

When asked about his dream in football, the Nigerian told Het Laatste Nieuws, via Sport Witness, "To play in a big league.

"At a club where I feel comfortable AND where I play. The Premier League is my biggest dream. Manchester United, Liverpool or Manchester City.

"I don't really like Arsenal - it's like they don't want to win titles. They play and sell players - that's all.

"I want to go somewhere where they win awards. At Real Madrid they don't have time for tiki-taka, there they just have to win trophies."

Speaking to Fabrizio Romano later, the journalist who conducted the initial interview confirmed that Orban was joking about the Gunners' old team and not the recent one.

The former Stabaek striker scored 14 goals in just 13 appearances in his first campaign in the Belgian Professional Football League, capturing everyone's attention.

United are said to have sent scouts to keep an eye on the youngster as they continue to look for at least one striker in the next transfer window.

They have close ties to both Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen, but both can cost them dearly. Erik ten Hag's side are also said to be considering signing Rasmus Hojlund, Atalanta's Serie A favorite but Orban could be an alternative.

Chelsea are another team that have been linked with the Gent striker and they also need a striker this summer due to their poor goalscoring record.
