Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta has explained why he bought a new dog for the club's training ground.
He also gave a reason for choosing the dog's name, saying the reaction from players was "incredible".
Arteta introduced Chocolate Labrador as a permanent new addition to London club Colney's training ground and named it 'Win'.
Arteta said he thinks the dog's presence has improved the family atmosphere among his players and staff.
He said the dog was named "Win" because "we all love to win". Arteta added: “We always talk about family and connection. An extended family like us at the club, and I feel like we are a family, we need a dog to represent that family.
“I chose the dog carefully and in my opinion, it is the perfect representation of who we are today.
"Her name is Win, we all love to win and Win needs a lot of love. So love for Win is basically feeling. "The response from the players and staff has been amazing"

Manchester United owners the Glazers have yet to decide what to do with the club amid Sir Jim Ratcliffe's interest.
Manchester United owners the Glazers are 'convinced' the club are undervalued, it has been claimed. Sir Jim Ratcliffe is a candidate interested in ousting the Americans from Old Trafford. And it seems that the tactic of allowing Joel and Avram Glazer to continue in his reduced roles is wise as the situation continues to rumble.
Ratcliffe was willing to let the brothers stay at United as minors, before selling their shares later. And football finance expert Kieran Maguire, speaking to Football Insider, believes his versatility gives him an edge over rival Sheikh Jassim.
Furthermore, Maguire also claims that the Glazers consider United to be 'undervalued' - which is why they are still weighing their options as the situation continues.
“There is a cash flow factor in this decision,” he said.
The call and put options mean that Ratcliffe can force the Glazers to sell their remaining shares at an agreed-upon price in the future.

“It gives all parties a degree of flexibility going forward. “Joel and Avram Glazer are convinced that United are significantly undervalued in the market and that is why they still want something in the game.
“Ratcliffe may be the richest man in the UK, but INEOS has other responsibilities and I don't think he wants to overload his cash with a hefty buyout price.
"A deal like this allows him to spread the costs."
Ratcliffe has long been considered a shrewd businessman.

And he has proven to be much more willing to change his approach than Sheikh Jassim, who just wants 100% control.
The Qatari billionaire has made four offers for United, with his latest coming on Tuesday. But the Glazers are taking their time to evaluate all the results, while fans continue to call for sold-out tickets in the background.
Ratcliffe also owns Ligue 1 side Nice and Kasper Schmeichel, who plays for the French national team, recently praised the head of INEOS and the way he is run.
“One of the main reasons I joined Nice was because of INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sir Dave Brailsford, the vision and the way they wanted to develop their sport,” said the former Leicester star.

"Because they've been successful, not just in business, but in every other sports venture they've invested in. "I think with Manchester United in particular, Jim [Ratcliffe] is a huge fan of the club and that says a lot to the fans.
"He is someone who cares deeply about the club.
“From my own experience at Nice, he is a man of presence, he comes to the game, a football savvy and has a great knowledge of performance in general.
“He has people like Dave Brailsford working for him, these guys are there and I think that's the most important thing for any club I've played for.
