Neves has played 252 times and contributed 30 goals to the team.
Ruben Neves acknowledges that he wants to compete in the Champions League and that his future with Wolves will be difficult to decide.
After six years with the team, the 26-year-old midfielder is anticipated to leave Molineux this summer.
When Neves came off late in Saturday's 1-1 tie with Everton, he was greeted with a standing ovation and embraced by his teammates as he departed the field. Neves has played 252 times and scored 30 goals.
It strengthened the notion that the Portugal international still has goals despite having played his final match at Molineux.
"I want to be here, but I never deny my desire to play in the Champions League," he stated. It's a difficult choice. My family and I enjoy living here, but in football, you have to aim for your primary objectives.
"Nothing has occurred thus far. Even though it might have been my final game here, I had a great time and am grateful for the previous six years.
Hwang Hee-Chan's opening goal was cancelled out by Yerry Mina's equalizer in the final second of stoppage time, forcing Wolves to settle for a draw.
Neves questioned referee David Coote after he added nine minutes of extra time.
The nine minutes of stoppage time are the only thing I can say, he told PLP. I questioned the referee over this. He claimed that certain playing times had been requested. I don't understand why they haven't done it the entire season.
"If you want to achieve it, you need to do it throughout the entire season, not just the final two games.
"They (only) gave four or five minutes in some of the games here. We are the Premier League, not the World Cup, they claimed. They are now attempting to emulate the World Cup.
Everton was two points above the bottom three after the draw, before Leeds' match at West Ham on Sunday.
