During the last minutes of Valencia's loss, the forward was kicked off for acting violently.
After apparently hearing racist shouts during Real Madrid's match at Valencia, forward Vinicius Junior stated racism is "normal" in La Liga.
After the break, the match was stopped as Vinicius identified to the referee those who were reportedly insulting him in the Mestalla stands.
After a fight with Real's attacker Hugo Duro in extra time of Real's 1-0 loss, the 22-year-old was then dismissed for violent behaviour.
Vinicius made the following statement on Instagram: "It wasn't the first time, not the second time, and not the third. In LaLiga, racism is commonplace.
"The opposition supports it and the competition views it as normal. The Federation also does so. I'm truly sorry.
"The racists now own the championship that formerly belonged to Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Cristiano (Ronaldo), and Lionel Messi.
"A lovely nation that embraced me and that I adore, but that allowed a racist nation to disseminate its image to the rest of the globe.
Sorry to the Spaniards who disagree, but in Brazil today, Spain is viewed as a racist nation.
"Unfortunately, I have no method to defend myself from everything that occurs on a weekly basis. I concur. But I'm a strong person, and I'll fight the racists until the bitter end. despite the distance from here.
Vinicius' tweet prompted a response from La Liga President Javier Tebas, who criticized the striker for "critiquing and insulting" the league.
"We have tried to explain it to you what it is and what it can do (to) LaLiga in cases of racism, but you have not shown up for either of the two agreed dates that you requested," he wrote in a tweet.
"Vinicius Junior, you must adequately inform oneself before criticizing and disparaging LaLiga.
Make sure you completely comprehend each other's skills and the work we have been doing together. Do not allow yourself to be influenced.
