Casemiro has acknowledged that the 'ambition' of Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford has taken him by surprise.
In both Casemiro and Ten Hag's first season with the Red Devils, the team's on-field performances have significantly improved, especially in cup events.

He has pleasantly surprised me with his ambition. He is a little bit heavy since he always wants to win, we have been expressing in our conversations, the Brazilian remarked.
"He is requesting more because he feels that 100% is insufficient for him. We must exert more than our full effort. He puts in a lot of effort and has high goals. He wants to transform the entire club.
"He is a manager who is well-liked by both the players and the supporters. Although we have already won one championship and are very near to qualifying for the Champions League, I believe we should give him some time because we still need to mature. We can tell that he is making significant changes within the club. He consistently displays a will to succeed.
On Saturday afternoon, Man Utd defeated a strong Bournemouth team thanks to a fantastic strike from Casemiro. With the victory, the team now only needs one point from their match against Chelsea on Thursday night to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
