Alhaji Grusah has threatened to file a lawsuit against Tamale City before CAS if justice is not done
Alhaji Grusah, Ghanaian football legend and owner of King Faisal Football Club has issued a stern warning to the players to file a complaint against Tamale City F.C at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) or the Supreme Court High.
Grusah's comments come as he seeks justice for what he says isa double identity lawsuitinvolving a player. With his determination, Grusah promised to pursue all available means to ensure that the matter is resolved, stressingthat time is important for appropriate action. “We wrote to the (Ghana FA) to give us an answer, they did not give it to us, they will introducethe two players. We heard they said we didn't have a place, butthey said the rumor might be true. That is what they are saying, some have a limit to the case, it will reach CAS, even where it will go to court, I will take it to court," he told Peace FM., reported by Footballghana.com checked.
