Alhaji Grusah has threatened to file a lawsuit against Tamale City before CAS if justice is not done

Alhaji Grusah, Ghanaian football legend and owner of King Faisal Football Club has issued a stern warning to the players to file a complaint against Tamale City F.C at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) or the Supreme Court High.

Grusah's comments come
as he seeks justice for what he says isa double identity lawsuitinvolving a player. With his determination, Grusah promised to pursue all available means to ensure that the matter is resolved, stressingthat time is important for appropriate action.

“We
wrote to the (Ghana FA) to give us an answer, they did not give it to us, they will introducethe two players. We heard they said we didn't have a place, butthey said the rumor might be true. That is what they are saying, some have a limit to the case, it will reach CAS, even where it will go to court, I will take it to court," he told Peace FM., reported by Footballghana.com checked.

“Then
the team will bring in the two players so that everyone can see that it is the two players that are the end of the contract. You can't sit in your office and say what you want, we saw earlier, one Prosper was asecretary. They sat down last week on Friday, we are waiting for the official result as they did it for the international against Sky FC, they took their scoreand took three more points, that's six points.

"It
happened that no one can deceive me, we will take it to bring players. We will go to investigate, I will not pass, we will go to CAS, we can take it to the Supreme Court, then the FA will bring the players. I am not saying this to threaten them that the justice of Ghana is higher than the laws and regulations of the GFA,”
