Nigerian musician Davido is currently facing backlash over an interview he granted on one of the international radio stations. In the interview, Davido speaks on his impact and influence in the local and international market, speaking on that, David revealed that this particular lady was working with the media who knew who “him” Davido was but pretended she doesn't know him and went ahead to utter the words to him that, she does not know who he is. David added that, after she said that, he didn't utter a word because he knew his next step. He called his fan club and told him to go fvck up the ig comments on her which they did. At about 24hrs the lady had about 50,000 comments of fans of Davido commenting on all sorts of things and calling her names, the next moment the lady called and apologized that she was only joking.
This revelation by Davido sparked a whole lot of comments online, with users accusing Davido of supporting his fans to do unnecessary attacks on social media. A few of the comments shared by concerned users online are highlighted below;
