The 2023 BECE is just around the corner, this is where students in JHS 3 write exams to pass to go to the senior high schools. It is every child's dream to get into his or her preferred school, parents are also eagerly looking forward to their ward getting into the school of their choice.
During this time, students work their hearts out to get their education started. Completing the SHS successfully lays the gateways to the university or any tertiary institution in the country. This year's BECE commences in the month of August, and students are getting ready for school in January after recording a pass mark at their preferred school.
Because of the requirement to attain a pass mark to enter SHS, it is mandatory for candidates to learn past questions to help them get the pass marks. This post intends to offer a little help to students who want to succeed in ICT, but it is not an Apor. Because of the STEM initiative, it is mandatory for students to pass their ICT examinations. Files and folders are two different topics, but candidates get them twisted. Simply put, a file stores data, and a folder stores files. This understanding will help any candidate answer questions related to files and folders correctly.

Keyboards and shortcut keys
Knowing the shortcut keys on the keyboard doesn't allow you to operate the computer, but it helps you do away with the mouse to become more comfortable using the computer. Anyone who knows shortcut keys is termed a computer genius. You can also become one if you learn the shortcut keys well.

Acronyms are another conflicting part, but they help to scrap any little marks the full meaning brings. Knowing the meaning of the acronyms also helps to sharpen your BECE and ICT knowledge.

Computers
Having general practical knowledge about computers is a great way to become a magnate in ICT. Knowing how to switch the computer off properly and things that can damage the computer is a great way to get a good score in ICT.

Input and Output devices
These devices are what make computers function. Without these devices, computers can't function properly. It would be hard for computer to function without a keyboard, mouse, monitor and etc. However, knowing what an output and input device are is a must for every candidate.
