Even if Manchester City wins the Triple Crown, Pep Guardiola maintains he won't be tempted to leave.

The City manager also stated that the length of his employment at the Etihad Stadium will not be impacted by the club's current Premier League penalties for financial violations, which he wants handled "as soon as possible."

Guardiola may become just the second manager in English football history to win all three of the major trophies in a single season if he wins the Premier League title, the FA Cup against Manchester United, and the Champions League against Inter Milan.

Before concentrating on the two cup finals, his team still needs to finish its league season against Brentford on Sunday and Brighton tonight.

There have been rumors that Guardiola may depart this summer due to the possibility of leaving on a high note and before the Premier League charges are heard.

He rejected the thought of leaving, however, because he still has two years left on his contract. Right now, Guardiola remarked, "I am not considering leaving, but who knows? I'm not thinking, though.

I want to stay here for the upcoming season, regardless of the outcomes. I would like that, but I'm not sure how I'll feel if we take one of the two chances we have left. I believe that because I signed a contract, I owed the club respect. While there are 115 breaches against us, I'll be here the following season. We'll be there, so don't be concerned.

Guardiola sought a speedy resolution to that issue because some attorneys believed the case may drag out.

What I would prefer is for the Premier League and judges to make a decision as soon as possible. That way, if we have done something improperly, everyone will know about it, and if, as we believe, our club has conducted itself properly for many years, then the discussion about it will end.

"We would love it tomorrow, but we prefer it this afternoon." In the end, I know that what we won, we won on the pitch, so hopefully they are not too busy and the judges can see both sides and decide what is the best.

"Let's get it done as soon as possible for everyone's benefit."

Guardiola referred to the notion that City will be unstoppable the following season as "stupid comments."

When asked why he was acting the way he was, he responded, "I'm scared to lose, I don't want to be criticized, and I want respect from my players."

The upcoming season will be difficult because every club wants to defeat us. The difficulty lies there. We will defend our title over the course of the following season.

"We will work for it, and we own it for a year." They must perform it better than we can if they want it.
