Andy Robertson's Real Madrid comments have resurfaced amid rumors regarding his move to the Spanish giants.
The Liverpool defender has emerged as a potential target for Carlo Ancelotti this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Real Madrid are looking for a new left-back, with Ferland Mendy set to leave at the end of the season and Eduardo Camavinga reportedly wanting a return to his familiar midfield position.
Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies has been closely linked with a move to the Bernabeu, but the Bundesliga side insist he is not for sale and is working on a contract extension, which expires in 2025.

In turn, Los Blancos have recalibrated their focus on Robertson, who is tied to a deal at Liverpool until 2026. The Scotland captain is reluctant to leave Liverpool this summer, having played a key role under Jurgen Klopp since moving from Merseyside to Hull City in 2017.
However, Madrid's Champions League status could be an immediate draw, with Liverpool potentially missing out on qualifying this season.

According to the Daily Mail, it will cost more than £40 million.
Meanwhile, Robertson's comments on Madrid's tactics have resurfaced.
What does Robertson say about Real Madrid? Robertson has faced Madrid many times during his Liverpool career, losing to them twice in the Champions League final and also in this year's tournament - when the Reds were eliminated 6-2 on aggregate.

Speaking after last year's 0-1 Champions League final defeat to Ancelotti's men, Robertson acknowledged Madrid's tactics, saying they "deserved the win".
"I think the team that wins the cup is the team that deserves to win," said Scot (quoted via PLZ Soccer)
"I don't really remember them having any chances other than the goal they scored, but that's Real Madrid for you.
"They don't panic with all these stats. If you look at all the knockouts they've been in, they're probably all very similar. Advertisement
"So let's play fair to them, they won the trophy and they deserve it."
