Liverpool's Mo Salah just needs a tweak in his play to overtake Erling Haaland in next season's scoring charts.
Manchester City were confirmed as champions for the third time in a row and for the fifth time in six seasons when Arsenal lost to Nottingham Forest last Saturday.
And Pep Guardiola's men could continue to make history in June, if they win both the FA Cup final against Manchester United and the Champions League final against Inter.
Haaland has taken the club to the next level this season with his scoring ability. The Norwegian has scored 52 goals in all competitions, including a Premier League record of 36. Advertisement
The Norwegian player has far surpassed the title of Premier League top scorer. Little is said about Harry Kane's 28 goals this season, while Salah is said to have endured a disappointing season despite scoring 19 goals and 11 assists in the Premier League.
However, if the Liverpool forward adjusts his play, he could put up even better numbers than Haaland next season.
Salah vs Haaland

Salah has scored as many first-half goals against opponents as anyone this season, including Haaland.
Indeed, the Egyptian scored 13 of 19 Premier League goals against the teams in the first half, including three against Manchester United and Tottenham. The only other player to score more goals against teams in the first half was Kane, while Brentford's Ivan Toney scored 12 of the 20 goals against the league's top 10.
Meanwhile, Haaland has scored 11 goals against the upper half of the team, including 3 goals against United and 2 goals against rivals Arsenal.

However, against the bottom half, Haaland has scored around 24 goals, including four against Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton Wanderers, and three against West Ham and Nottingham Forest respectively.
Indeed, Salah has held Palace, Bournemouth and Southampton. If he improves his record against the teams in the bottom half of the table, the 30-year-old can achieve the same performance as Haaland.
