The chairman
of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Tema East regional unit has drawn the attention of the skeptics to the overwhelming reception Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia received from the people of Kumawu during the recent local elections. let the writing be on the wall for them.

In an exclusive interview in Accra, Nene Ofoe Teyechu Agbadiagba IV, said that the acceptance of love and enthusiasm is what will lead tothe NPP presidential electionto be held in November 2023. “We've all seen it; the so-called racial bias against Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia was not present in Kumawu when Vice President Bawumia arrived and spoke to the people; The crowd was surrounding him and that is a sign of suspects," said Nene Agbadiagba IV.

According to him, "TheBawumia fever that you saw inKumawu will be repeated in the presidential election in November when the entire NPP family gathers to elect our successor."

Over the weekend, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) won by a landslide in the Kumawu by-election in the Ashanti region, where the party's tradition is strong. As the Ashanti region is said to be the backbone of theformer Minister of CommerceAlan Kwadwo Kyeremanten, many people are waiting impatiently for Vice President Bawumia to be encouraged by the NPP.

However, instead of booing and demolishing the vice president, the NPP base came out in numbers and welcomed the president with joy. "Not only was Vice President Bawumia well received, but he really used his speech to make the crowd happy," Nene Ofoe Teyechu Agbadiagba IV told reporters.

He pointed out that until he went to Kumawu, Vice President Bawumia was seen winning 15 other constituencies. "But now, from what we have seen in Kumawu, it is clear that even the Ashanti region is also for it - Bawumia'svictory in November is now reassuring," said Nene Ofoe Teyechu Agbadiagba IV.

Meanwhile, the Tema East NPP chairman also asked the partydelegates to review the performance of all the NPP chairmen in the Kumawu election session. "Finally, ask who can shake the NDC? Only Dr. Bawumia forced the NDC to issue an emergency statement to defend its case when the truth was revealed that the NPP built more than 15 institutions and the NDC did not. build anything. This is the kind of effective communication we need for 2024; who can put NDC in security, not who will come and deal with NDC in baby clothes.Nene Ofoe Teyechu Agbadiagba IV, flanked by his second Vice President, Stephen Aboagye.
