Kwame Asare Obeng popularly known as Kwame A-plus has made a rather controversial assessment of the Akuffo Addo-led government. The musician cum social commentator has indicated that the president has delivered on all the promises he made to Ghanaians that entice them to vote for him.
Kwame A-plus was however quick to add that, the only challenge Ghanaians may have with how best Akuffo Addo has delivered on his promises is the quality of the delivery. For instance, on the president's promise of "one village one dam", Kwame A-plus asserted that, though what Akuffo Addo has delivered on his promise, the quality of the dams leave much to be desired.
"What did Akuffo Addo say he will do and has not done? He said he will build dams in villages. If the dam looks like a manhole to you, say it looks like a manhole. Don't say he has not delivered on his promise", an excerpt of his Facebook reads.
Kwame A-plus, therefore, dares his followers to mention any promise Akuffo Addo made during the campaign that he has failed to deliver on. Many netizens who completely disagree with Kwame A-plus' position on the performance of the president, flooded his comments section with countless promises that the president has made and has not delivered entirely on, or has partially fulfilled them.
"Tell me one thing Akuffo Addo said he will do that he has not done. Just one. Akuffo Addo has delivered on all his promises. China spec dey inside though", he added.
Among the common unfulfilled Akuffo Addo promises that Ghanaians prompted Kwame Asare Obeng on are, "one constituency one million dollars per year", "construction of 350 senior high schools", " moving the country from taxation to production", "I will not run a family and friends government" and " I will use Anas' principle to fight corruption".
