Steve Cooper, the manager of Nottingham Forest, is perplexed as to how Roy Hodgson has managed to sustain a nearly 50-year managerial career.
On Sunday, Cooper will face the former England manager when Forest travels to Crystal Palace to play its final Premier League game.
