Fans all said the same after Emma Hayes led Chelsea to another Women's Super League title.
Hayes won his fourth straight WSL on Saturday with a 3-0 win over Reading in the final game of the season.
He completed a national championship and FA Cup double, and marked the 51-year-old's 14th major title since taking over as manager at Kingsmeadow in 2012.
The club's success is not denied, despite growing investments and competition from challengers. The Blues are constantly competing for every title available, they have also reached the semi-finals of the Champions League and failed to reach the League Cup final earlier this year. Advertisement
And the success of the women's team is in stark contrast to the performance of the men's team this season.
Under Todd Boehly's tumultuous ownership, Chelsea's side have spent £600m, sacked two coaches and are set to end their season without a title and in the second half of the Premier League.
And with caretaker manager Frank Lampard set to step down at the end of the season, having won just one of his ten games, fans are clamoring for Hayes to be given the Chelsea man's job.

Emma Hayes for the Chelsea men's team?
On Twitter, some have asked Chelsea to appoint Hayes as the men's coach. Of course, former Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino is tipped to become Boehly's fourth in 12 months at Chelsea. However, some are calling for Hayes to receive the nod instead.
The cheeky Twitter user Lloyd Clark said:
"Give Emma Hayes the job of managing men, as long as she's willing to quit..."

Meanwhile, Firstofhisname says:
“Why is the men's team still looking for a coach? Emma Hayes should take this job!!!!!”
Sergio Chipolina added:
"Whatever, Pochettino brings in Emma Hayes, she just needs to stop doing crap and get the job done. Women play with passion, play with brains, hearts, desires, desires and important. Most of all, they all know what they're doing. This is called good organization. Men should learn from a lot of this.
MohPatel says:
"Emma Hayes really needs to talk to the men's team."
