Just one goal has been scored in his last six outings, a dramatic decline in the previously prolific Norwegian's performance.
Erling Haaland is poised to score in Manchester City's two forthcoming finals, according to Pep Guardiola.
With just one goal in his last six games, the usually prolific Norwegian's production has decreased recently.
For someone who has scored 52 goals in a fantastic season, that is a relative dry spell, but Guardiola seems unconcerned about it in front of the FA Cup and Champions League finals.
The winner of the Premier League, City, will play Manchester United at Wembley the following weekend before traveling to Istanbul to play Inter Milan for the European championship seven days later.
Guardiola, the manager of City, declared: "I'm not going to have any doubts about Erling right now.
"We had the opportunity. Perhaps he is awaiting the ideal opportunity. He will be prepared to score goals at the correct time. He's all set.
"I'm quite happy with everything he's accomplished, including the records and the goals.
"Then he travels to Brighton and performs in the same manner. He continued to cause harm despite not scoring.
He might say, "I'm waiting for the two finals," but he really says the exact opposite, which I enjoy.
Guardiola has been impressed by the way Haaland has handled pressure during his first season playing in the English Premier League.
Guardiola added, "I don't feel he's felt much pressure. "I believe he handled the situation quite effectively. When others (express) expectations, I believe he laughs.
"I recall that during the Community Shield, we lost 3-1, and he blew a clear opportunity. That missed opportunity was the subject of all the jokes and conversations.
"He replied, 'Don't worry, I'll score goals,' and I was right there. He fits this mold. He has such a strong sense of self-worth that all he needs is a chance to score goals.
