Willian has stated to Stats Perform that no decision on his future at Fulham has yet been made, however he would prefer to stay at the organization if feasible.
Though a decision about Willian's future at Craven Cottage has not yet been made, the Brazilian wants to remain at Fulham.
The 34-year-old playmaker, a former playmaker for Chelsea and Arsenal, joined Fulham in September of last year and has been an important member of Marco Silva's team this year.
Willian assisted Kenny Tete in Fulham's opening goal as they lost 2-1 against Manchester United on Sunday, capping off an outstanding debut season back in the Premier League.
Willian contributed to Fulham's 10th direct goal in the tournament with the assist, which was also his fifth league assist of the year.
Willian, whose contract is about to expire, isn't sure if he'll stay in west London, but he'd be pleased to.
He replied to Stats Perform, "I don't know yet. "To be completely honest, I have no idea what will happen. The future is God's to decide.
"If I continue at Fulham, I'll definitely be alright and content. I feel great there; the club gave me a warm welcome. But if it's somewhere else, I'll do my best to proceed accordingly.
"I'm still debating. We'll watch what transpires over the ensuing weeks before I make a decision. But it would be beneficial if I could stay at Fulham and in the Premier League.
Willian stated: "I've always liked the Premier League. That's why I chose to return to England with Fulham, a team that was predicted to struggle but managed to stay well clear of trouble. Nobody is surprised by it; they are all aware of how much I love this league.
"The Premier League is the best league in the world, in my opinion.
"I made the decision to move to Fulham a week or so ago. Already in London, I believe. I came here to be nearer to this area and to speak with my management. About a week later, I made the decision to travel to Fulham.
"Marco Silva and I spoke briefly, and I really liked what we discussed and what he told me."
Joao Palhinha, another recent acquisition who has excelled for the Cottagers this season, has done well in the holding midfielder position.
Willian referred to the highly sought-after Portugal international as "our watchdog." "He serves as our team's watchdog. He is unquestionably a crucial player.
