Weston McKennie was spotted leaving Leeds as soon as possible, after Leeds United fans insulted him as they were relegated.
The likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with the signing of McKennie following his impressive performance for the USMNT at the World Cup last December.
In the end it was Leeds who signed the midfielder on loan from Juventus, hoping they would make the deal permanent if they stayed.
That didn't happen thanks to the lousy defense of Sam Allardyce's side, who lost 4-1 to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

And soon, McKennie could be seen on the train from Leeds as his temporary contract at Elland Road ended in an almighty sob. After a successful World Cup, McKennie fell into a difficult situation at Leeds after being signed by fellow American Jesse Marsch.
However, the former RB Leipzig coach was sacked about a week after the 24-year-old midfielder arrived from Juventus until the end of the campaign.

He ended up playing under three coaches with Marsch's replacement, Javi Gracia, who was also fired and eventually replaced by Allardyce.
The former relegation specialist could not prevent the club's demise and he ended up failing with his second club in a row.
Fans provoked a number of players during the game and McKennie was one of them, with supporters chanting 'Bastard' as he was substituted. It's not uncommon for him to quickly leave Yorkshire town and his father has sent a message to those who abused his son on his last day.

All the best to LUFC! To those who have supported Weston in a hostile environment, I have great respect for you! For those who don't remember this is a team sport you live to fight another day.

"Welcome to LUFC! For those of you who have supported Weston in a hostile environment, I have great respect for you! For those who don't remember, it's a team sport you live to fight into. another day," said John McKennie.
However, the player's father sent a bizarre tweet quoting a video of the famous gorilla Harambe, who died in 2016.
Harambe went viral after he was shot dead by a worker at the Cincinnati Zoo, where he lives, after a child entered his cage.
