Man United fans have a theory behind why they'll win the FA Cup after Anthony Martial injury news
Manchester United fans have a theory why they will win the FA Cup after Anthony Martial was injured.
Martial suffered a muscle problem during the final win over Fulham at Old Trafford on Sunday and was pictured clutching his hamstring during Erik ten Hag's speech 23 minutes into the game.
The 27-year-old has missed 27 matches in the 2022/23 season through injury and United have confirmed on their official website that Martial will not be selected for the opening match.

This could mean top scorer and Player of the Year Marcus Rashford leads the line with the help of Jadon Sancho and Alejandro Garnacho.
But many United supporters believe the injury news is a blessing in disguise and will encourage Wout Weghorst, who is "playing for a signing".
One person wrote:
"Playing for a contract, Weghorst is about to go crazy for Man City, I really fear for the whole world, not just Manchester City."
One second says:
"Watching him cook City will go crazy."
A third tweet:
"Legacy game coming, get ready."
Fourth scale:
"There's no winner in the Fergie era, we'll be there no matter what."

Another user predicted:
"He will score the decisive goal."
The sixth person agrees:
"Weghorst scored the winning goal against Man City in the FA Cup final. Written in stars."
One end user said:
"If he wins us in the final with a goal, he deserves a contract."
Weghorst signed on loan from Burnley in January and has failed to score in the Premier League after 17 games.

He scored twice in 30 games in all competitions and lifted his first trophy when helping United win the Carabao Cup against Newcastle in February.
The giant Dutchman assisted Marcus Rashford's second goal as United ended a five-year title-winning streak. It is reported that United will not buy Weghorst permanently, nor will they sign loanee Marcel Sabitzer this summer.
