1. Manchester City - The Citizens reached 100 points in the 2017/2018 Premier League season. The summer transfer window is now just weeks away from reopening, with a number of Premier League clubs expected to work on developing their respective strategies to tackle the end-of-season market. The likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal will likely be among the biggest spenders later this year and plenty of rumors have swirled since the Premier League campaign ended at the weekend.

United are hoping to improve several positions over the summer, with Erik ten Hag eyeing the addition of a new midfielder alongside a first-choice striker early next season. The Red Devils have been linked with a host of big names in recent weeks but are also tipped to drop a bid for Sporting midfielder Manuel Ugarte, who is believed to be a target for both Chelsea and Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have recruited very well in recent transfer windows and will be looking to make a number of key additions to their squad when bidding opens next month. They are said to be considering the idea of ??attacking Leeds United to secure Wilfried Gnonto's services following the Yorkshire club's relegation to the Championship, although only time will tell if they will strike a deal in the future.
