It won't be simple for Mauricio Pochettino to solve Chelsea's issues this summer.The Blues' on-field performances have been, to put it mildly, dismal, and serious doubt is being cast on the boardroom decisions taken over the past year.The summer transfer window is Pochettino's first task.While three crucial positions require first-team acquisitions, sanctioning as many departures as possible before the 2023–24 season may be seen as the top objective.The number of first-team players at Chelsea, including those on loans in but not out, was listed as 27, which indicates that if acquisitions are also desired, departures should reach double digits.
