Following the signing of a new contract that binds him to the Dark Blues until the summer of 2025, Adam Legzdins hopes that newly promoted Dundee can establish itself as a reliable Premiership team.
The 36-year-old goalkeeper moved to Tayside from Burnley in November 2020, and he assisted the team in reaching the top division through the playoffs in 2021.
Legzdins wants the Dens Park club to remain at the top for the long haul after Dundee dropped back down to the Championship and won the title this season, returning to the Premiership.
"I really am delighted to extend my contract with this fantastic club for another two years," he said in a statement to Dundee's official website.

For the past 2.5 years, my family and I have called Dundee and the surrounding area home. We feel incredibly fortunate to have done so.
"The residents of the city and the supporters of our wonderful club have been wonderful to us, and I assure them that I will continue to be dedicated and give my best both on and off the field to help us achieve what we want to in the future.
"Everyone at the club truly had amazing success last season.
"I will always remember the support from our away fans at Ochilview on the final day of the season, as well as the wonderful welcome we got at City Square.
"Watching the next generation of young fans pose for photos with the trophy truly made me realize how fortunate we are as players to represent this fantastic club.
"Now is the time for all of us to put in even more effort in order to make a name for ourselves as a group in the Scottish Premiership for years to come.
