Manchester United are ready to accept an offer for Anthony Martial this summer, according to a report - and have reduced their asking price for the second player.
The Sun announced earlier this month that coach Erik ten Hag and the club were ready to sell Martial, citing inconsistent performances as one of the reasons for the decision.
The Frenchman has also had a number of injury problems this season - and was ruled out of the FA Cup final because of a hamstring problem.
It will be Martial's 27th game absent this season (via Transfermarkt), and his absence is a problem for Ten Hag as striker Marcus Rashford has scored 30 goals.
United are looking for a new striker in the transfer market and it is possible that a commission from any sale of Martial could be used towards the pursuit. Now, the striker's departure from Old Trafford takes it a step further - while one of his teammates could also leave this summer.
Martial leaving Manchester United?

According to Football Insider, MU is ready to let Martial leave in the next transfer window.
However, it is claimed the club will wait for the right amount before selling a player they signed from Monaco in 2015 for an initial fee of £36m. According to talkSPORT, that fee has risen to £44.7 million due to add-ons. Football Insider added that, according to sources, United and Martial consider the "breakup" to be "the best thing" this summer. At the age of 27, the Frenchman still has a few years of top football ahead of him and could have more opportunities if he leaves Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, the Manchester Evening News reports that United want to sell young striker Anthony Elanga for £10m - half of the original asking price of £20m.

It is reported that the club is ready to liquidate the 22-year-old player because he cannot play under Ten Hag.
His last appearance for the team was a 0-3 loss to Sevilla in the Europa League on April 20, with his only game in 2023 being a win over Charlton in the Carabao Cup in February. He has made 10 appearances in all competitions this calendar year.
