This is about a friend of mine. Let’s call her Eunice. She met her baby daddy when she was a young girl. She became pregnant for him when she was 16 years old but he refused to take responsibility.

She took all the responsibility upon herself. In fact this man was totally absent in the pregnancy journey so it was Eunice who took care of her daughter, let’s call her Tina, until she completed JHS.

Later, Eunice introduced Tina to her dad but there’s no father/daughter vibe between them. When Tina was about to start SHS, she want to her father to inform him of the list of items she needed. He told to go home, the next day she will hear from him. Hmmmm this man vanished the following day from the town where they lived and returned the very day Tina completed SHS last year

This man’s life is now miserable to the extent that, he sometimes goes to Eunice shop to buy things on credit for his family and pay later hmmm. Just recently, he told her that he attended a church program somewhere and a pastor told him to come and beg my friend for forgiveness before things will be okay for him.

He is now on his knees being my friend to forgive him. That he will pay any amount that she and the daughter wants but my friend says she will never ever forgive him. At times when he comes to the shop to buy something and Tina is sitting there, she will call her mum to come and serve her customer.

Because she’s my friend, I wish she would forgive and forget but do you also think she should forgive him? Please ur humble opinion is needed.
