The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will feature 32 teams from six continents, with the competition expanded from its previous format. The tournament, scheduled to run from June 15 to July 13, 2025, will be held in the United States, with 12 stadiums across 11 cities, including the Rose Bowl and MetLife Stadium. The reformatted tournament has been controversial, especially after being delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and some critics have noted the absence of several top clubs and inclusion of unexpected qualifiers.

European clubs dominate the competition, with 12 spots, followed by South America (6), Asia, Africa, and North America (4 each), and Oceania (1). The qualification process considers continental title winners and top-ranked teams from each confederation, with a limit of two teams per country and one host club, Inter Miami.

The groups are as follows:

Group A: Palmeiras, Porto, Al Ahly, Inter Miami

Group B: PSG, Atletico Madrid, Botafogo, Seattle Sounders

Group C: Bayern Munich, Auckland City, Boca Juniors, Benfica

Group D: Flamengo, Esperance de Tunis, Chelsea, Leon

Group E: River Plate, Urawa Red Diamonds, Monterrey, Inter Milan

Group F: Fluminense, Borussia Dortmund, Ulsan Hyundai, Mamelodi Sundowns

Group G: Manchester City, Wydad, Al Ain, Juventus

Group H: Real Madrid, Al Hilal, Pachuca, Red Bull Salzburg

This expanded format will see a larger number of games, with 63 matches scheduled. The tournament's new trophy was also unveiled during the draw ceremony.

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, expanding to 32 teams, will be held in the United States from June 15 to July 13, 2025.
