By appointing a team with vast experience, he aims to minimize disruptions and allow his administration to commence its agenda without delays. This process is pivotal, not only for ensuring political stability but also for reinforcing Ghana’s position as a leading democratic nation in Africa. The Transition Team’s responsibilities include engaging with the outgoing government to address key policy areas, facilitate the smooth exchange of information, and prepare for the immediate implementation of the President-elect’s vision for national development.
