UTAG STRIKE: WE ARE NOT PROTESTING ON FEB. 8 €“ USAG

The University Students Association of Ghana (USAG) has shown that its individuals will not be hitting the lanes of Accra on Tuesday, February 8, to dissent against the continuous strike by the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG).



In a press explanation, USAG President, Christian Phillip Armah famous that “no such movement or assention has been come to” as the Affiliation accepts within the logic of exchange.


USAG’s explanation is in reference to a dissent to be set out on by a understudy bunch calling itself Concerned College understudies on Tuesday morning. The gather said it'll dissent what it portrayed as the inaction on the portion of government to resolve the strike by College lecturers.


UTAG has been on strike since January 10 with no conclusion in locate in spite of a few gatherings and a court arrange coordinating the Affiliation and the National Work Commission (NLC) to resolve their issues out of court.
