A DNA Examiner has affirmed within the case in which two people are standing trial for the kill of J.B. Danquah Adu, Abuakwa North previous Part of Parliament.
Dr Kenneth Frimpong, a researcher, offered in a DNA Measurable Report as prove.
So distant, the State has offered into prove two reports – the Postmortem report and DNA Scientific report.
The seventh indictment witness said he had come over the title Daniel Asiedu, one of the charged people standing trial.
Agreeing to the DNA Specialist, he came over the title of Daniel Asiedu in regard of the investigation he conducted for the Ghana Police Benefit.
“I have come over the title in connection to the examination I conducted for Ghana Police Benefit, but I have never met him in person.
“I have come over Vincent Bossu (moment denounced person’s) title, but I have never met him.”
Dr Frimpong, the seventh arraignment witness, said he had too come over the title of previous J.B.Danquah-Adu in regard of investigation of the Ghana Police Service.
“I had never met him. I listened he was an MP but he is presently perished,” the Witness said.
Dr Frimpong said in February 2016, the Ghana Police Service (GPS) brought him a few shows for examination.
He said the shows brought to him for investigation incorporate: a hanky, a T-Shirt, bed sheet, a plastic container, boxer shorts and swaps of blood.
“On receipt of the shows, I made beyond any doubt I crosschecked the substance of each show brought to me. I anonymized the tests and put them beneath bolt and key,” the Witness said.
He said a third party was moreover made to conduct a few investigation which he had composed and marked the ultimate report for the Ghana Police Service and rendered the same in prove.
Mr Yaw Dankwah, direct for the blamed people, did not protest to the offering of the Measurable Report.
The matter has been suspended to Walk 23.
